I am thankful for the year 2008 and the many blessings and opportunities I experienced, for the spiritual things I have learned, and the direction my life has taken. No matter how well I plan the future, God's plans are above all.
So I have learned that the most important thing to do New Year's Day 2009, is to rededicate my life totally to walking daily with God. By being in the Word, being in prayer, being available to go in the direction He sends me, and being in love with my husband, my children & their spouses & my precious grandchildren (and countless family & friends.)
This life can be CRAZY, but it is a beautiful life when you wake up each morning and thank God for every good and perfect gift He has blessed you with. We all have struggles of some kind or another, so keep your spiritual eyes and ears open to share the love of God with those who are in their time of need. Be compassionate, be generous, be strong in your faith!
