Proverbs 12

"Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge,
but he who hates correction is stupid.

A wife of noble character is her husband's crown,
but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones.

From the fruit of his lips a man is filled with good things,
as surely as the work of his hands rewards him.

The way of a fool seems right to him,
but a wise man listens to advice.

Reckless words pierce like a sword,
but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

An anxious heart weights a man down,
but a kind word cheers him."

I appreciate the wisdom of a knowledgeable person.
When I pick up any literature and begin reading,
I generally can tell if that person has wisdom from God
or a self-taught wisdom.
That is why the Proverbs are so very important.
Solomon, the man who earnestly was seeking God's wisdom,
imparts one thought after another.
Each sentence is a study in itself.
My favorite today is the way of a fool SEEMS right to him.
BUT... a wise man listens to advice.
That is why I love the advice of Solomon!!!
