than a house full of feasting, with strife.
Children's children are a crown to the aged,
and parents are the pride of their children.

than a fool in his folly.
Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam;
so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out.

and discerning if he holds his tongue."
The Wise Man
Uses His Words Carefully
Several of these proverbs highlight the benefits of keeping quiet,
for several reasons.
It is the best policy if you have nothing worthwhile to say,
also it allows you the opportunity to listen and learn,
and finally it gives you something in common
with those who are wiser!!
Make sure to pause to think . . . and to listen . . .
so that when you do speak,
you will have something important to say.
