Father's Day Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I thank you for showing me a glimpse of

your perfect love,

by the way my earthly dad loved me.

I praise you God for blessing each of us with

earthly dads. My dad & father-in-law have

both passed away and we cherish the memory

of their love.

Bless all dad's each day with strength & courage

to lead their families in a manner

that would be pleasing unto you Lord God.

Develop their faith in you when times are difficult.

Develop their trust in you when the way seems impossible.

Develop their love for you in everything they do.

That they may lead their families

by the example they have of their heavenly Father.
